What is the Kickstart Your Apprenticeship program?

Successful applicants will gain access to a variety of free resources to help them as they begin their journey to a career in construction. These supports include:

  • Assistance from the CLAC Mentorship Team for career exploration, soft skills development, and job preparation.
  • Essential skills assessments through CLAC’s Skills for Success.
  • Free online training courses to help build your credentials and boost your resume.

In addition, a small selection of participants will be eligible to participate in CLAC's Construction Bootcamp; a free two-week, hands-on training program to help them succeed.
