CLAC has partnered with the Construction Foundation to help apprentices across Canada navigate barriers and successfully achieve their Red Seal Endorsement. This support program offers a suite of tools and one on one support directly to apprentices to ensure they continue to progress in their apprenticeship and reach their goals.
This no-fee service is available to anyone in or entering the skilled trades who have not yet achieved their trade qualification or Red Seal Endorsement and is facing challenges progressing in their technical training.

CLAC & the Construction Foundation will work with apprentices to overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop the skills to succeed in their apprenticeship. Our tailored programs provide enhanced guidance to enable participants to get on the path to building a financially secure future.
